LIFT Intro

The cornerstone of our classes, LIFT Intro gives you all the tools you need to be a competent, confident, and kick-ass free weights user. From how to set up a squat rack to using your free new joiner routine this class will set you flying on your way to your goals.


One of our most popular classes, every circuits class is challenging, intense, varied and fun! As well as a tough workout, you’ll be introduced to a range of new exercises and equipment and coached correctly on how to use them!


Learn the barbell basics by improving your squat, bench and deadlift technique as the fundamentals of training. Thinking about competing? Let our coaches guide you to success!
