HiitLIFT

A high intensity class utilising every type of cardio equipment and your own body weight. HiitLIFT is a real blast that will get your heart racing, adrenaline pumping, lungs burning, and leave you gasping for more.

LearntoLIFT

The cornerstone of our classes, LearntoLIFT gives you all the tools you need to be a competent, confident, and kick-ass free weights user. From how to set up a squat rack to spotting another member as they squat you will learn all aspects of gym use and etiquette.

PowerLIFT

So, you wanna be a Powerlifter? PowerLIFT will take you from any level of ability to being able to compete as a Powerlifter or simply being able to use the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift to form the foundations of your training and help you achieve strength you didn’t know you had.

WeightLIFT

How’s your Snatch? Does your Jerk need work? Join in with WeightLIFT, and let our coaches refine your technique, or build you up to a position where you could enter a competition with confidence, or simply Weightlift competently whilst understanding the complexities of Olympic Weightlifting.

FitLIFT

Challenging, varied, intense, and fun. Our circuit style FitLIFT classes will be different, introduce you to new skills, and give you that diversity of exercises to prevent boredom.
